So, lately I have come to realize a lot about my relationship with night. I guess a good place to start would be by saying that I always have trouble falling asleep. It's not because of my diet because I have taken all of the precautions when it comes to what I eat and drink. It's also not because anything is bothering me because,although some stuff is on my mind, I don't have anything that really bothers me so much that I can't sleep. Well, at least not at the moment.
